Hi Steve. Thanks for taking the time to reply very kind. I'm always terrified of taking anything other than Epsom Salts as having had the jump off a cliff type GB pain i'm worried that it could happen again.... Do you know what the chances of that happening are compared to the Epsom Salts ? Also, are you in the UK? if so could i ask where you buy your gold coin grass from please? I keep meaning to get some to take daily as a precaution against new stone formation.
