Shoulder pain leading to awful headaches with confusion. These headaches seem to be linked to what I eat for sure. I am right off wheat which has helped but I am still getting chronically locked shoulder and then neck and medium headaches. I'm guessing that this is gallbladder related, phrenic nerve blockage? I have a history of stones which has also caused me a lymph problem. I have successfully completed around 5 flushes over the years but haven't done one recently as my kidneys are struggling and I know the flushes are very hard on them.
Can anybody recommend a way to get the inflammation in my neck and shoulder down without doing a full flush please? I'm taking all the usual anti inflammatories (ginger turmeric etc) and also milk thistle tincture and dioscorea villosa to support the GB and liver.
Would you take some ACV and apple juice daily to at least clear the sludge?
Ideas please! Thanks so much in advance x
