bananas hey, well get that potassium in you before the long haul!!!! anyway, i do not do the salt water flushes, they make me vomit on the spot. have tried differnet brands of Sea Salt and still the same results---praying to the bowl!!!! so i drink the tea am and pm. i am so hoping i will make it to over 20 days. and since you have already done a 22 dayer well you will be my perfect buddy! glad to be with you. sleep well (or is it day for you, right now it is 2300 for me).
