Looks like intestinal candida to me, I have the same problem and very similar things coming out of me. Consider reading dvjorge posts - he advocates various enemas and diet.

Homemade kefir (type of yoghurt) would be sensible and I have found the enemas, particularly sacromyces boulardii to be crucial to ridding the body of the candida (and there's lots of it) and getting better.
Candida can be very stubborn and can take hold during times of stress when the immune system may not be functioning as well. Makes sense it could happen now! Also can be caused by Antibiotic use. Take care
