Hi there. I'm up to my 13th flush. Still waiting for the darned gallbladder to get in the game (although I did release one stone last time around that was nearly white through and through, consistency of hard putty, not waxy). You mentioned cayenne pepper. Can you elaborate on how it helps with the GCG supplementation? I agree that malic acid is a dud.
