March 7th has ended as my fourth successful Water Fasting day. I made it for exactly 24 hours. I didn't think it would be this easy. I imagined myself struggling more. I feel excitement and joy because I honestly believe I have found something that I can actually do. This could possibly even be a lifestyle, a way to maintain health into old age. I feel at peace about the whole thing. My body is thanking me. I can feel it already. I am noticing a big difference in my energy level. I am at peace.
