Wow those are very impressive lifting stats for high schoolers. Most of the kids who could lift that much in my high school we're all on steroids/drugs. In my prime I was an all state basketball player for 2 years and felt invincable. When I turned 21 was when my health starting crumbling fast and I've been trying to get back to perfect health ever since. Thank you for the detailed response MH.
