any book that puts you on a spiritual journey is reading well-spent; it sounds like an interesting read. I think the cleanse brings out an awareness that not too many people engage in their daily lives, so you being on your almost Day 37 of the cleanse are at a heightened awareness. You can use the dining experience of last night to hone your own belief system. That's the beauty of this diverse world; through contrast, you learn what you like and dislike, and can then go out and physically express your own vision of a perfect life....

by the way, thanks to you I intend to take my family to the Goddess restaurant you mention and we will feast on the wonderful cuisine...of course, this is well into November, as I plan to cleanse through October...the restaurant sounds delicious!!
