Thank you for you support. My excuse for being there was that I wanted to share the evening with the family and that was the most important thing...not the food.....Isn't it funny at how much importance people put on their food and how food is an integral part of peoples social and personal lives. This guy at the dinner table that took my cleanse personally got upset when I told him that his wife wanted the stanley burroghs book. He said please don't talk her into doing the fast because we eat with are child and if you take my wife away from doing that it will be one less thing we will do as a family. I couldn't believe what he was saying. But it backs up the fact that most people don't understand how bad food can be because they don't understand what it is doing to them physically!!!! The wrong food will kill you over time and that's a gurantee. If you don't follow the laws of nature you will surely pay the price at some point in your life for breaking the "law".

I read a great book that I think you and everyone on this site should read. It is called "The peaceful warrior".....The book goes by fast but will stay in your conscience forever. It is a written through one mans evolvement towards spiritual enlightenment. You will love it. buy it today.
