Hello, I am also sorry to see that Grizz has disappeared. I hope this does not mean the treatment failed. I hope he and his wife are ok.

I am looking to interact with someone regarding the topic of iodine. I just started taking 12mg per day, with the suggested companion nutrients. Is it OK to take Iodine in coffee on an empty stomach? Is it ok to take it with a large meal? I am wondering about the difference in absorbance. It is just handier for me to take it with coffee when I first get up.

Should i work up to 50mg per day?
