Just for the fun of it I had a Dexa scan last week. I took borax about 6 years, off and on. For a couple years, I took 15 mg (calc'd as B) twice a week. Other times, I'd take 20 mg, three times a day for a week, then stop. I prefer to combine my borax with D-ribose. Those two are special together.

DEXA scan Results:

Age 59, t-score = +0.1 ; z-score = +0.4

The doctor said it means my bone density is slightly better than the average 25 y.o.

total body fat = 22.0 %
