You can try OxFen, it kinda works on a number of red worm filarials.

I spent more than a year clearing strongyloidea, Strongyloides.

These guys are the significant issue on the table.

Mansonella ozzardi may respond to IVM, Pine needle oil, OxFen, Moxi.
