Yes I did change the flush protocol. In fact I use a different protocol but its not for general use. A standard flush of your choice started early morning will do the job. The mentality of thinking that a "perfect" flush will solve the problem isn't helpful. Its a matter of chipping away. You can start anytime from 06:00 to 08:00 and after taking the olive oil and lemon juice potion wait 4 hours before doing any follow-up Epsom Salts .
