This is very interesting. Would love to know if anyone has done this.

Research has shown that taurine, vitamin c, and phosphatidylcholine are helpful in preventing gallstone formation, although it is unclear whether these substances are able to remove gallstones, especially calcified stones. Curious about glycine, b6 and cider vinegar. Can you explain further, or link to studies that help substantiate your suggestions?
