I am 37 years old, I drink warm water with cider vinegar every day first thing in the morning and I add my Lugols into it...
I don’t have and never had heartburn but I have asthma, hay fever and various allergies which I know might also be caused by low stomach acidity so maybe I need to work on it a bit more...
