From Dr.Mercola shopMercola.com I use the gallbladder enzymes, it has also oxbile in it. He has good write ups so check his website.
The interesting thing is he says it is for people without a gallbladder, was surprised when I read that. I use it anyhow because my gallbladder is probably not fully working with half the space taken in by a stone. To support the liver I use his liver support.
When you get older a lot of things don't work too well anymore, I call myself an old car that needs a lot of attention.
I eat organic and there is some food that my body does not like so I stay away from it. Have been on different diets in my lifetime and I have to keep changing, they seem all to work for some time and then I have to change. I started with Ayurveda and followed Andras Moritz when I came to CZ 16 years ago. Later I did very well based on metabolic typing and low carb.Now mainly vegetables and some organic meat etc. I do think your body keeps changing. hanna
