Thanks. I just use enzymes to enhance digestion, no noticeable problems except systemic issues like circulation. It seems the high dose enzymatic therapies (on an empty stomach) for systemic benefits are usually recommending betaine hcl or something expenive like Wobenzym. I notice most experts like Jonathan Wright and Gonzalez recommend betaine hcl. Aside from getting a great deal on a case of enzymedica I can't see justifying their normal price.
