It largely depends upon what you are deficient in producing and what you are attempting to digest.
If you suffer from hypochlorhydria then betaine hcl MIGHT be helpful or it might not because Urease can counter any acid which is it's job. If you deficient in enzymes then you would need an enzyme formula or possibly pancreatin which is a lot cheaper. That formula does have some ATP factors but it is debatable whether they would provide any benefit. BTW ATP is required for stomach acid production.
