Hello,

I have a quick question:

What is the best/safest water to use for a regular water enema?

So far i only used filtered and boiled filtered/tap water.

I have seen so many different answers and contradictions ranging from tap water to distilled to mineral water etc.

Is it safe to just boil tape water for 10/15 min or filtered water since i don't have distilled or RO water.
