this is my day 4, i started on monday........everything is going hunky dory just now, am hoping to go 20 days but just gonna see how it goes.......have had 2 swf's but have foregone them for the past 2 days and am sticking with the tea for now, might do a swf on saturday when i can stay home........i took the kids to the drive-in for tea, had to go through both kfc's (my favourite) and maca d's as 1 likes kfc and the other 2 like maca d's......the food smelt absolutely delicious but i figured that i'd gone for nearly 4 days so i managed to hold out.........it wasn't too difficult, just told myself the food's there at the end of my Master-Cleanse if i want it.....i weighed in this morning and was 169lbs so down 5lbs from 174 which i'm very happy about :o)
