Hang in there you’re early in the process.

Everybody’s different, some people it’s an easy journey and some people it’s a hard journey and takes a long time. Dr. David Brownstein monitored his bromide levels in his urine and they did not go down for four years and he was taking 50 mg per day. You need to think long term with this journey. And it also is normal to cycle up and down with how you’re feeling.
