it will push you down, making you fatigued and exhasuted

what are the vitamins/minerals are you taking?
any blood tests done?
saliva tests?

i would say youll need good fat to start with
1-virgin coconut oil 1-2 tbl
2- fish oil omgea DHA 500 mg
3- coq10

They may push your energy cycle upwards
not to mention optimizing your vitamin D, since sun makes you sic
youll need your levels at least near 60-70

is there any way to use electric waves shield blocks?
