that sounds great you discovered this. it seems to me clearly that meat, bread, pasta and junk food are clear ways to get constipated.

the meat just does not digest right look around at the bellies distended way past their normal way. this is pizza bread meat and worms....

now the real challenge is how to unlock years of congestion safely and effectively
