I am 34 years old, and for the past eight months, my body aches in the mornings and is stiff a little. Yesterday the aches went on throughout the day. I was thinking is this a Magnesium issue or oxidative stress issue or a combination with other ailments

For the past six years, I was frantically on the go, which leads to burning out and exhaustion between 2011 and 2017.

Now I don't have the extra stress in my life.

I would like to know which herbs will help me feel better?
