I admire everyone who is scientific and non fearful about what is coming out of their bodies.
I, however have a parasite/worm phobia. I ate pesto/a small jar..and lo and behold out came what I thought to be a tape worm/or something else. This is my worst fear, and it took all I had not to fall on the floor. I went to the doctor in tears, and he prescribed a tapeworm/fluke medicine (that hopefully can be ordered) I am also starting cleansing/herbs.

My question is..How do you keep your composure about what is coming out of you? How do you keep the fear at bay. My fear, is that a lot more crazy stuff will come out. Today, I could hardly go to the restroom-

Any advice is needed, because I am freaking about a Tapeworm possibility, although I'm not thin.
I need to find a way to get through this, once I start on medicine/and diet..herbs..
