I'm facing this condition ever since I was a kid, I used to pick my lips often and sometimes make them bleed torturing them in the process. I tried doing everything, you name it most probably I did it. I was desperately looking for answers and cure for whatever this I was having and then one day I found this forum, i went through each and every story up on this forum to find my answers and then I saw this guy talk about how he healed his lips by leaving them alone and it made sense to me so I thought of giving it a try but since my lips were so dry and dark I used put melted butter (ghee) on my lips but never picked them, it's been 7 months since I started it and I'm seeing heavy improvement in my overall lip health, tho they do get this white slime when in contact with water but it gets good once I tap it with dry towel and put some butter on it. I used to be a silent member but since I saw improvement in my condition I wanted to share it with ya'll, I'll be leaving links to the photos taken before and after I started the method, one is the most recent one and the other was taken 7 months ago,sorry for the bad picture quality but it is what it is and I used to use a lil beetroot juice along with the butter as i read it has some antioxidants and would help in healing and it would give a lil pink to my dark wounded lips so I used it... I'll be checking the forum every other day so if you got any questions regarding, you can ask me ALSO I'M NOT FULLY CURED yet but I'm on my way and I'm pretty sure I'll be fully cured in 6-7 months..
