I had size 38 pants. Was having trouble wobbling around to get out of my car. Pants were getting tight again so that meant size 40 were next. Was almost at 220 pounds on a 5'8" frame. I decided something had to be done. My sister had success with the low carb diet years before and when she quit the diet the weight came back. I decided to give it a try.

Today I'm at about 177 pounds. Most of the weight was lost in about 6 months. I believe it works because of the insulin levels. When insulin is high you can't burn fat.
