Ginagirl, thanks for the response. What I’ve found out that works for me is taking a split dose of 50 mg in the morning and 50 mg in the evening. But sometimes before the evening dose, I feel like I’m running out of gas. Will this go on like this until I reach a point of Iodine saturation? Do I need to take more like say 25 mg at lunch to bridge the gap? Thanks!
