The answer is no for long fasts leading to cancer and yes to poor refeeding.

Other factors affect your health and cancer are sleep deprivation, thought toxicity and obviously food. The only foods that I’ll cancer are nature made plant foods, which give you antioxidants that kilos the cancer. Also if you consume processed foods and sugar, cancer grows.

The other recent research shows that gut bacteria is the most important in yourealth and fighting diseases.

Long fasts must have equal number of days of refeeding as number of days of fast.
