Can anyone tell me what this could be?
I feel like I am infested. They are layered. Also seem to have teeth or hooks as seen in the photo. Ive seen my lesions close (heal?) before my eyes. Patterned tread marks from movement? Lesions seem to be in a two dot pattern in pairs. Black freckles or new under the skin lesions can appear overnight.

You can pull a triangular head off sometimes out of a wound. Or a small worm that breaks off.

Thanks. Very worried.
