I recently started taking Iodoral and I have some detox symptoms. In reading the various information on this site and others, I'm confused about low doses of Iodine versus higher doses. For example, it seems taking 50 mg to 100 mg may be preferred over say 12.5 mg. Wouldn't taking a higher dosage cause more pronounced symptoms over smaller doses? Is it a matter of going through the initial detox faster?
