Fasting does not encourage your yeast problem. During a fast tongue becomes white because that is one area all detox comes out from. I did message you on other fasting forum. Swish with h2o2 three o four times a day. Also use a tongue scraper to remove junk from your tongue. For other areas you can use Mullein extract or Colloidal Silver gel.
