I'm also concerned that this overgrowth in my mouth won't go away on its own, either, even after I start re-feeding (especially when I start eating again).

At this point, I'm prepared to start with dissolving some ketoconazole (systemic antifungal Rx) and swish in my mouth. And if that doesn't work, I might ingest it. I don't have months to give this time to resolve.
