I felt I was gonna die at times during the 4o day fast I was on, "but I'm still here." Today I feel really healthy in so many ways.

See when i was only 14 yrs old I started to poison my system with all kinds of toxins. " I was over eating & stuffing myself for comfort & hiding behind my addiction to food. " I had major brain fog and now my mind today is 70% clearer than it used to be. I don't have panic attacks like I used to when I didn't have the answer to my daily obstacles...now I am more patient and am able to wait for an solution to the problems. I do have asthma and wasn't able to even walk anywhere outside in the open air without having an asthma attack. My heart would act up when I got a bit upset...now it is fine when under stress. My feet would be super sore when I walked...now they are in great shape. This past weekend I went to visit my friend and was kicking up a storm and dancing.
