Hi, can you please somehow make a video of doing that exercises...i am not sure if i am doing them right. You said that we should not in any case active the chin muscle. But to me it seems impossible in the second exercise (with node and thread) while in first exercise (eating your mouth, it is possible if i put my lips wrapped around my teeth. Do you know some video to or can you make and put it here please? I will appreciate it a lot. Thank you in advance. All the best
