Err........ that would be me.

I'm familiar with most of those sites, names and protocols, and my sister-in-law is already on some of them. The plan is to gradually widen the 'repertoire', so I'll be checking out all those links in due course. 

That's a pretty good summary of some of our more effective protocols, so thanks for your input Joe. Appreciated.
