ZZ, I did not dilute the oregano oil at all. Everyone is different, but it did'nt burn on my toes or the sole of my feet, I rubbed it in with my fingers and put on clean socks,I dont recall how many times I did it usually once at night time. My feet don't stink and my nails are not thick. I hope its not fungus on my fingernails! I can see tiny white worms in and under my nails and on my palms every time I wipe with the cucumber baby wipes. I am going to put oregano oil on my fingers now and see if it slows them down.
