Vitamin F is very interesting, consisting of two essential fats the body cannot make.

I have another article, showing that when a person is deficient in vitamin F, if you give them Iodine it will cause their submaxillary gland to swell.

Hmm.

Could this mean that some of the "adverse effects" which some ppl reported on these forums in the past, could have been remedied with vitamin F supplementation ??

Which other tissues might become inflammed when a person is deficient in vitamin F, and the person supplements with Iodine ?
