by the way, what body type are you? I wonder if I too would not be a good canidate for P&B since I've always been very prone to constipation. Someone recently told me I have a "DRY" body type based on Aryveda (sp?). Anyway, what is Oxypowder and how does that work? I've just finished a 21 day Master-Cleanse a few days ago.
