I am gonna have to look into a hair test eventually i am glad i have gotten better i do think alot of it depletion from Sugar ...and some yeast present.. its funny that most people say magnesium for adrenal but magnesium makes me worse the muscle spasms appear calcium stops this i never eat dairy ever i can tell ya now based on diet i don't need a teat to tell ya im low on

vitamin a and e
zinc and calcium and most likely alot more lol western diet has no nutrients for the fast meal low budget
