For just in case, I always have a glass with Alka Seltzer next to my bed. Never completely used it, but it is nice to have and sip from it.

You have to get the Alka Seltzer without the aspirin in it.
It is called Alka Seltzer Gold. So far we have not found it yet but we just buy any A.S. without the aspirin.

I had always trouble drinking the olive oil, but finally I figured out (after 9 flushes!!!) to keep my nose closed till the last drop, even when I had to take a breath and rinsed my mouth at the end.
