I have been dealing with EPIDIDYMITIS(testicle infection) for the past week. Feeling weak and painful. I cannot take Antibiotics . They would kill me. Please let me know what I can do. Also anything topical applied to the scrotum is preferable as I hardly tolerate harsh treatments.
