Hello all,

Day 10, I am doing well. I lost 2 more lbs today, so from 169lbs I am at 155lbs. I may lose one more tomorrow. But that was not my goal. My goal was emotional healing and cleansing.

I am planning to break my fast tomorrow with lemon or grapefruit. Today I slept a lot. Rashes continue. Tongue has become white. Which I clean with a tongue scraper. Acid reflux also continues a few times a day, but drinking water makes it go away.

I have mentioned this many years ago that I have 4” cyst on my left kidney, which has not changed at all with this fast.

Overall feel good.
