Yes, multi gram dose, measured around 5g. I did 1 gram in 5 diluted waters and to be honest it was not a big deal and I didn't have any negative side effects.

Many published papers and old journals report 10+ gram doses, I've seen 100 grams reported. Potassium Iodine was initially invented to treat syphilis. Here is a paper documenting 12 grams daily orally for 3 weeks to treat syphilis. There are many other papers showing similar large doses. That is 252 grams in 3 weeks. Brownstein and many other doctors have reported great success with little danger of hashimotos or thyroid complications.
