Thanks for that advice. You are right it is a liver detox (grapefruit & olive oil). I make a point of not taking any medication/vitamins/or substances other than water during a water fast.

I will pick up some magnesium to take, and cut out dairy. I am not an angry sort of person, I'm more of an upset kind of person or I become disappointed.

Do you happen to know anything about Chanca Piedra tea for kidney stones?

It felt good too fast, its so incredibly calming.
