Challenge tests make sense.

Pancreatin tablets work the best for me. I take 6x200mg tablets before bed and I can feel how it purifies my digestive tract, and, to my surprise, my sinuses. In the morning, I am terribly hungry (the hunger is really abnormal), which is a good sign, because the digestion is often sluggish.

Does pancreatin point to any type of parasite?
