All symptoms you described can happen again at different stages of your fast. It has been a year since your last fast. So this fast symptoms also depend on your diet thus far. A good thing it is easier this time. One thing in fasting with water only does not change is erratic sleeping, no matter how clean your body is, these is very common.

As far as the kidney stones, Water Fasting does not promote or cause kidney stones. Once again your diet and your thoughts does. Once you are done with this fast, we can talk about kidney stones.
