Hi all,

I'm back to water fasting, I'm only a day and a half into water fasting.
It's, still early but It does not feel anywhere nearly as bad as the 11 day extended fast I did last year.
I'm wondering if the first time I carried out a Water Fast my body had a lot of built up toxins to get rid of.
I had nausea, very bad heartburn, extreme cold, hot sweats, fatigue, head ache, tummy pain, and intermittent sleep, in the first 6 days after which the symptoms disappeared.

This time round I have experienced some leg soreness, and headache - so far; I'm presuming thats a good sign because of the benefits from the last detox.
The only thing I'm worried about is that I had a kidney stone in December, which necessitated a hospital stay, and I am scared that fasting may trigger another.
Does anyone have any advice on Water Fasting and kidney stones? should I stop fasting? or is it good to carry on water fasting?

Also any advice on Water Fast headaches pls?
