I had a party to attend today and during the discussion, we started talking about what all has been going on in the world. One of the things that came up was the fact that we live in an age where nothing can be kept a secret anymore...even within our government...no matter how hard they try. So if you can not keep things quiet in order to keep your enemies from knowing all your business...what do you do? As much as I hate to say this, but it makes sense to me...is to keep everyone confused by putting all sort of info out there so no one really knows what is going on anywhere. Is that too far fetched? I'm not just asking Rainy, but to everyone.
