I am on day 5 now. No real problems. I do get somewhat hungry. I only drnk the minimum of 6 lime drinks a day. If I were terribly hungry I would increase it. I have always used just the 6, though, and sometimes an herbal tea drink or two a day.

I take Schutz's Intestinal Formula #1 at night now. I had some other caps that did not work. As long as I can "go" naturally, I do not use enemas or anything. I know I do this differently than most people.My main concern is to lose the 14 pounds I am over my goal.Otherwise, I am very healthy.
